An extra long pad measuring 12.5" long. These are some of the the most absorbent pads that we do - great post partum, or whenever you need maximum help! They are made in the same way as the Maxi pads, just longer. This means they will hold more blood, because the more fabric there is the more absorbent they are. I use mine for Pilates class (all that lying on your back working those pelvic floor muscles!!)
