Natural organic cotton fleece maxi-long pad

The maxi-long pads are difficult to photograph straight, but great to wear! They look wonky because they are so long, but they are actually sewn straight. This is a pad made the same as the maxi pad, but with extra length. It measures 12.5" x 3" ( an additional 3" on the maxi pad). This pad is made from undyed organic cotton fleece in 5 layers, with undyed organic cotton flannel on the underside and a layer of waterproof PUL hidden inside. The Honour Your Flow quilting stitching draws blood away from the surface and into the body of the pad. When it meets the PUL layer it is sent back into the pad rather than leaking out. Maxi-long pads are good for medium to heavy flow, when extra length is needed, whether this be because you are a larger rounder Moon Goddess, or just because you want to use them for lying down (remember Tree invented them when she was lying on her back in her Pilates class!) They can be used for night time, although we would of course recommend the Night Angel pad for that, which is better designed to cope with trickle leaks. The organic cotton fleece is lovely and soft, and will stay soft even without tumble drying. A useful addition to your washable menstrual pad stash. By the way, this pad is the same colour on both sides - the coloured side of the popper always goes on top, and so does the quilting stitching.
