At long last a cloth tampon! Made from oeko-tex bamboo and organic cotton, with an organic cotton drawstring. Using a cloth tampon is an utterly different experience from using disposables. It feels natural, clean and wholesome. Honour Your Flow tampons are softer than disposables, so they feel different to insert, but they do work very well and feel great to use. I use mine for swimming during my period (with no leaks!) Also really good in the shower even if you use pads for the rest of the day.

I believe it is important to use pads for some of the time during your period in order to let any clots and thicker bits of tissue  find their way out easily.
