A lovely pad in this swirly purples colour. Great for very heavy flow, and super slim fitting at the same time. The ideal pad for a small framed woman with extremely heavy flow or a larger woman to use as a Maxi pad. Four layers of organic cotton fleece inside with our pink organic cotton jersey on the back, and a discreet hidden layer of waterproof PUL inside. Measures 13.5" long (33cm) x 5" across the flared ends (13cm) x 3" at the gusset (8cm). Some of my customers are using these successfully as Night pads as well. Altogether a brilliant all-rounder sanitary pad and gorgeous too. Machine washable up to 60'.

Many HYF happily use our pads for weak bladder issues. The thing to remember is that the bigger the pad, the more fabric there is, which means the more absorbent the pad. The Slim Mega is a very large pad, so can cope with quite serious gushes.

Weak Bladder/ Incontinence Rating: 4 - three or four medium gushes or all day dribbles

Another amazing pad, exactly the same as the other 3 I own.

Although my collection is complete and have enough to get me through each cycle, the colours and designs are lovely and tempt me to buy a few more... there is no harm I guess in having a few extra at hand.

Absorbency and comfort are amazing, no issues with feeling "wet" or conscious about what is going on. Literally not bothered or feel any discomfort. It is easy to know when to change as you do start to feel a little wet, however, I have never bled through the pad. Especially as this has the extra PUL it will prevent those kind of accidents.

Really a joy to use these items and I am not at all bothered by the cleaning and maintenance as it is very minimal.
