At Honour Your Flow we hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. If you are not, then please do contact me, as all feedback is useful for us and for future customers.

Returns
We can accept back any of our products so long as they have not been used or tried on. Please email me to arrange a return. We usually refund you the cost of the pads but not the postage.

Refunds
If any of your HYF products are faulty, then please let me know. I am happy to mend if possible, and refund for postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Please bear in mind that HYF pads are made with love by ordinary human beings, so they sometimes carry the quirks of uniqueness!
